FileCorrupter – Terms and Conditions of Use

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.

1. Definitions

"Service" means the website and underlying software available at filecorrupter.com enabling users to corrupt files locally. "User" ("you") means any person who accesses or uses the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher local minimum age) and legally capable of entering into these Terms. You represent that your use complies with all applicable laws and organisational policies.

3. Licence & Permitted Use

MindWorks Laboratories Limited grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful professional, research, educational or software‑testing purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Unlawful, fraudulent or malicious activity (incl. malware distribution)
• Reverse‑engineering or interfering with the Service
• IP or privacy infringement
• Reselling or sublicensing the Service
• Automated scripts or load testing that impairs availability

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service remain with MindWorks Laboratories Limited or its licensors. No ownership is transferred.

6. Professional‑Use Disclaimer

The Service generates corrupted files solely for legitimate testing, QA, research or educational scenarios. You are fully responsible for any outcomes arising from use of corrupted files, including data loss, downtime or third‑party claims.

7. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED US $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MindWorks Laboratories Limited from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Service

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without liability. We may also revise these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination the licence granted to you will cease.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the English courts.

13. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms plus the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and MindWorks Laboratories Limited.
